Hogan Douglas purchased a 20,000 sq ft mixed-use historical building. The apartments were thirty-five percent vacant upon purchase. We renovated the residential units and participated in a municipality facade renovation program.
Woodland Business Park
After operating a 53,000 sq ft multi-tenant industrial business park for ten years, a condo map was recorded on the property to sell each unit to small business owner-users.
Marconi Business Park
A condo map was recorded on this industrial business park doubling the value upon entitlement.

We provided construction management on a 21-unit multifamily project which utilized shipping containers for the build.

We provided the vision, development, and operations management services to convert an old run-down warehouse space into a unique and versatile art-centric entertainment venue spanning two stories and 9,500 sq ft of indoor and outdoor event space.
1835 Studios
By providing development, property, and asset management services, we created and executed the vision for this 20,000 sq ft mixed-use creative hub that featured a 5,000 sq ft outdoor concert and event space, retail, offices, an art gallery, and San Diego’s only outdoor climbing gym.
